Getting Ready Photos

After we are finished photographing your detail photos, we then move on to your getting ready images. Photos of the makeup artist applying your bridal makeup or candid images of the mother of the bride helping the bride zip up her wedding dress or your maid of honor helping you with your veil are beautiful moments you will want to include in your album or parent albums.

Bride and Groom First Look at Fox Hollow - Winter Garden Room

A first look is great for a few reasons. It allows us to photograph your fun bridal party photos, formal family portraits as well as romantic wedding photos of the bride and groom together all before your ceremony. It gives us enough time so we can take our time and deliver you beautiful images in a stress-free environment. Another reason to do a first look is the emotion that comes from it. I have photographed over 1000 weddings and the real emotion that we are able to capture at a couple's first look is second to none.

Fox Hollow - Winter Garden Room has so many great locations to use to create romantic wedding photos on your big day. Next to the Winter Garden room is a cute little garden area full of trees, foliage, and stone walkways. When we photograph your wedding at Fox Hollow, we will use all of their beautiful grounds to create beautiful, warm, romantic wedding photos for you and your husband.

Fun Bridal Party Photos

Your bridal party is your best friends, we want to show your real relationships with them. Of course, we will take a traditional photo of the bride with each of her bridesmaids and the groom with each of his groomsmen looking at the camera. But, after these photos are taken, we like to have some fun, and take some silly photos of you with your bridal party.

While you are enjoying Fox Hollow's delicious cocktail hour, we will be in the Winter Garden room photographing all of the details of your reception. WINTER GARDEN ROOM

With high glass ceilings, cherry oak walls, and a beautiful stone fireplace, the Winter Garden room at Fox Hollow is a beautiful location to host your wedding reception.

I have photographed dozens of weddings in the Winter Garden Room, and I have to say, this is not a room where an inexperienced wedding photographer can just walk in and take great photos.

Because of the high glass ceilings, your photographer is going to need to know many advanced photography lighting techniques to give you the beautiful wedding photos you deserve.

When we photograph your wedding, we come with professional lighting assistants to ensure that all of your images are lit beautifully and you can rest assured that we know all of the tricks to give you the best wedding photos possible.

INDOOR CEREMONY SPACE

One of the great things about hosting your wedding in Fox Hollows Winter Garden Room is the ability to host your indoor ceremony here as well.

The Winter Garden room transforms into the ideal location to host your ceremony.

High ceilings, large chandeliers, and the ability to host up to 250 guests, this room is a truly multi-purpose space that is great to have if needed.

OUTDOOR CEREMONY SPACE

The outdoor area to host your wedding ceremony is a great multi-purpose location that Fox Hollow provides to their couples.

I have photographed everything from ceremonies, first looks, bridal party photos, family photos, and romantic images of the couples together here.

This could be one of my favorite locations to use to take creative and candid wedding photos when I photograph a wedding at Fox Hollow.

The spaces itself is large, and you are surrounded by tall trees.

THE GROUNDS

This is a section I could talk about for days.

The grounds at Fox Hollow are beautiful for all of your photography needs.

The bridge, outdoor ceremony area, the gardens, the gazebo, gate, the walkways, the brick steps, the brick wall. I mean the list goes on and on. There are so many great locations to use to create beautiful wedding photos.

Our team of professional wedding photographers knows all of the great locations to use to create images just like you see here for you on your wedding day.

INTERIOR LOCATIONS AT FOX HOLLOW

As much as I love the grounds at Fox Hollow they have some cool locations to use inside the venue itself as well.

I love to use the Garden Terrace Room for family photos, and couples portraits.

The stairs are a cool location to use for a few creative portraits of the bride alone.

And their large stone fireplace is also another location I have used to take some fun photos of the bridal party and traditional family portraits and couples photos as well.

Fox Hollow really has it all.

Syosset Woodbury Park is one of our go-to locations when photographing a wedding at Fox Hollow.

It is literally across the street from Fox Hollow. We can walk there.

The Inn at Fox Hollow is the obvious choice of hotels to use when getting married at Fox Hollow.

It is right next door, and is also beautiful.

THE HILTON GARDEN INN - MELVILLE

The Hilton Garden Inn in Melville is just down the road from Fox Hollow. Their bridal suites are beautiful to use for your getting ready wedding photos.
