The grand ballroom at Stonebridge Country Club can host up to 300 guests on your wedding day. They provide all of their couples with complimentary uplighting, which adds a dimension of depth to your gallery of images.
Your reception is full of beautiful moments we want to photograph on your wedding day. These moments include your bridal parties' grand entrances, the bride's and groom's grand entrances, your first dance as husband and wife, your maid of honor speeches, father-daughter dance, mother-son dance, cake cutting ceremony, and garter and bouquet toss.

Stonebridge Country Club has arguably the most fabulous bridal suite of any Long Island catering hall.
It has enormous windows that allow us to create beautiful light and airy images.
I have photographed everything from bride prep, which includes the bride's mother helping zip up the bride's wedding dress or the maid of honor and bridesmaids helping the bride place the veil or put on her jewelry. These are great images to include in your wedding album.
I have also been able to take great images of the bride and groom alone together here. The bridal suite is beautiful, and large, and it is one of the main reasons couples choose to host their wedding reception here.
The groom's suite at Stonebridge Country Club is an excellent location for him and his groomsmen to get ready on their wedding day.
During the groom prep section of your wedding day, I love to take images of the best man helping the groom fix his tie, and tux and a few candid images of the groomsmen together hanging out.
The biggest difference between the bridal suite and the groom's suite is that in the groom's suite, we can take more dark and dramatic images of the groom.

It has a beautiful gazebo and is surrounded by trees and greenery.

The lobby at Stonebridge Country Club is beautiful. The stone wall in the foyer is beautiful. I have used this area to create amazing images of our couples on their wedding day.
I have also used the lobby to photograph images of the bride and groom with their bridal party.
In the winter, they set up large Christmas trees that look great in your wedding gallery.

Stonebridge Country Club has two locations to host your wedding ceremony. One is indoor, one is outdoor. This couple chooses to do their ceremony inside. During your ceremony some of our favorite photos to take at ceremonies are photos of the first time the groom sees his bride-to-be walking down the aisle, your vows, the ring exchange ceremony, as well as your first kiss as husband and wife.
After your ceremony, you and your bridal party will enjoy Stonebridge Country Club's delicious cocktail hour. While that is happening, we will be in your grand ballroom, photographing all of the details of your reception. I will photograph images of your wedding cake, couple's dais, centerpieces, card box, and any other details that may be present. When choosing photos for your album or parent albums, these images will set the tone for the rest of what is to come.
When you book Lotus Wedding Photography to photograph your wedding at Stonebridge Country Club, you get us for 10 hours.
However, we do not believe this should turn into a 10-hour photo shoot. During your reception, we do not want you to know we are there.
The reason for that is we want to take candid photos of your grand entrance into your ballroom, your first dance as husband and wife, your best man and maid of honor speeches, your parent dances, cake cutting ceremony, and garter and bouquet toss. The best way to photograph all these major events is not to be seen. We take an unobtrusive approach so we can photograph the best candid images of your wedding reception possible.
About a month before your wedding day, we will go over all of the details of your wedding day. We'll be able to help you put together a realistic timeline as well as go over not only the photos you would like us to take but the experience you are looking for as well.
One of the things we will always go over with you is if you would like to take some creative nighttime wedding photos. If you would like us to take the images for you during your dinner, we will take you outside for about 5 minutes and take images just like the one you see here.
When you look at your wedding gallery, I want you to see a variety of photography styles and backgrounds. I believe to have a complete gallery of photos, you should have great candid images, romantic photos the bride and groom together, fun bridal party photos, and creative detail images.
