When we start photographing your wedding day, we always start with the details.
Images of the engagement rings, wedding bands, wedding dress, save-the-dates, and wedding invitations are must-haves for your wedding albums.
These images help tell the story of our couple's wedding day.
After the detail photos are completed, we move on to the getting ready section of the day.
At this point, we will have the mother of the bride help the bride zip up the back of her wedding dress.
Or we have the maid of honor help the bride by putting in her veil.
These are always photographed candidly as we want to capture the real moments of this part of your big day.
During your ceremony, we will take many candid wedding photographs. Some of these images include the first time the groom sees his bride walking down the aisle for the first time, your ring exchange ceremony, as well as your first kiss as husband and wife. These candid photographs are the heart and soul of any wedding album and the emotion found in these pictures are second to none.
As much as we love candid photographs, some pretty posed photos are necessary to have a well-rounded wedding gallery.
Romantic photos of the bride and groom together on their wedding day are why most of us became Long Island wedding photographers. Being able to capture the newlywed's love in a single image and knowing they will print this out for all of their loved ones to see is truly a gift.
When we photograph your wedding at Jericho Terrace we will take images just like this one for you on your wedding day.
Family photos are some of the most important images to take on your wedding day. When is the next time you are going to have all of your friends and family together with a professional photographer again? Prior to your wedding day, we will sit down with you and go over all of the groupings you would like to take on your big day. Then when we start photographing your family portraits we can work quickly and efficiently to take all of these images as fast as possible.
While you and your husband are enjoying your cocktail hour, we will be photographing all of your details in your reception.
We will take photos of your wedding cake, centerpieces, card box, dais, and any other details in your grand ballroom.
Your wedding day will go by fast and we want to make sure you see all of the little details you might miss.
After we photograph your reception details, your bridal attendant is going to want to show you your grand ballroom prior to your guests entering.
After they show you around we will do a room shot with you. A room shot is a great photo to include in your wedding album.
When your reception starts we will take many candid wedding photographs. Some of the images we will take are of the couple's grand entrance, your first dance, best man and maid of honor speeches, and reception dancing.
These images help tell our couple's story. I love photographing these moments as candidly as possible. Capturing the real emotions of these moments are why we became wedding photographers.
One of our favorite sections of a wedding day to photograph are the parent dances. These are emotional photos that you have to photograph candidly.
When the groom dances with his mother and the bride dances with her father, there are so many emotions that can happen, and as a photographer, you just have to be ready to capture them.
Jericho Terrace has put a lot of money into remodeling just about every inch of its property. Choosing a wedding photographer that is familiar with your venue is very important because they need to know all of the spots to use to create creative wedding photos like the image you see here.
About a month prior to your wedding day at Jericho Terrace we will sit down with you and go over all of the details of your big day. One of the topics we will cover is night-time portraits.
